Navasota newspaper dated 23 May 1927 provides the following additional information:date of birth 27 Apr il 1847,she was 16 years of age when her father's family moved to Grimes County ,setteling in the Erwin community.It was while there that she married Frank Kel ley at Anderson.They later came to Navasota where Mrs Kelley has lived about 43 years.Her husband died here in 1914.To this union eleven children were born,te n of whom survivetheir mother,seven sons and three daughters.R.F.Kelley,Fort Wo rth;S.M.Kelley, Dallas;D.E.and Isaac Kelley,Navasota;M.G.Kelley,Brookshire;H.R.
