Note: Eva's address at the time of her death was 43105 (Baltimore, Fairfield Co OH) where she was living in a newly built retirement community. While living in Columbus with her husband Harry, in the 1940s and 50s Eva did volunteer work for United Appeals which later became United Way. She gave parties at their house in the summer and had a small orchestra. She liked to make woodfiber flower arrangements, had a large (real) flower garden and upon inheriting the family farm worked very hard at vegetable gardening and farming. In addition to that she continued and expanded her mother's very large flower garden.
