a. Note:   Obituary from the Bailey Foster Funeral Home: Services for Louise Rebecca Seymour Vickery age 87, of Elkhart and formerly of Grand Prairie will be at 1:00 P.M. Tuesday at Bailey & Foster Chapel. Burial will follow in Pilgrim Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Bailey & Foster. Mrs. Vickery died Friday at Cartmell Home for Aged. She was born March 4, 1925 in Palestine to Charlie Earl and Myrtle Mae Brown Seymour. Mrs. Vickery was a homemaker. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Grand Prairie. Mrs. Vickery was preceded in death by her parents, her husband William Ozell Vickery in 1992 and two brothers Clarence Seymour and A.J. Seymour. She is survived by her daughter Teresa Stanford and husband Charles of Grand Prairie, son, Ronnie Vickery and wife Jan of St. Augustine, FL., sister-in-law Joyce Seymour, six grandchildren, and six great grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Paul Brown, Charlie Moore, J.R.“Chip” Smith, Mark Seymour, Matthew Habecker, and Kenneth Armstead. Visitation will be from 12:00 to 1:00 P.M. before the service. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Cancer Society and to the Leukemia Foundation.
