Note: Both Rena and her husband Rolph were cremated and their ashes interred at River view Abbey, 0319 S.W. Tayor Ferry Road, in Portland, Multnomah Co.,Oregon, . There is a Niche for Merle in the same place, but at this time can't say if I will use it. All are in OAK CORRIDOR. Mother , loved horses and rode a lot when she was younger. She was a great cook and a very caring wife and Mother. I remember as a child, she always read to me and I guess that accounts for my love of reading, all of my life. I used to bring my friends over to the house to play and they were always more than willing to come, because she gave them cookies and milk, and at times, she read to them from," The Jungle Book", by Rudyard Kipling, which they too looked forward to.
