a. Note:   Baton Rouge Morning Advocate Obit: Mr. Dorris Earl Harrell. A native of Frost and resident of Denham Springs, he passed away Wednesday April 12, 2006, at 1:30 at his residence. He was 76 and a U.S. Army Veteran during the Korean War. Visitation at Seale Funeral Home, Denham Springs, on Thursday, April 13, from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Visiting at the funeral home on Friday from 10 a.m. until funeral service in the chapel at 3 p.m. conducted by the Rev. Carl Wells and the Rev. Louis Harrell. Burial will follow in Evergreen Memorial Park, in Denham Springs. Survived by his wife Margie Harrell, daughters, Theresa Moreau and Doris Ann Forbes, son Gary D. Harrell, sister Dorothy Zeigler, brother, C.C Harrell Jr., and Gilbert Harrell. Grandchildren Tessa Lee McBride, Tiffany McBride, and Cody Forbes, greatgrandchild, Chloe Grace McBride, numerous nieces and nephews and caregiver, Elizabeth Brister. He was preceded in death by his parents, Simmie and Christopher C. Harrell Sr., and brothers Alcest and G.A. Harrell. The family would like to express their sincere thanks to Dr. Curtis Chastain and the staff of St. Josephs Hospice for the care they have provided. Services performed under the direction of Seale Funeral Service in Dehnam Springs.
