Note: -Brief Biography says that he was born near Galesburg, IL 2 Mar1864 and died 24 Apr 1929 in Los Angeles, CA. His family thenmoved to White Pigeon, Keokuk, IA for about six years, then toPerry, Jefferson, KS following relatives and friends. After afew years they moved back to Washington County, IA for seven oreight years, where Charles served as a farmer and a plasterersapprentice. Charles returned in spring of 1883 to Perry andeventually married Martha, whom he had met earlier, 27 Mar 1884.He was both farmer and plasterer in Medina, Jefferson, KS. In1904, he moved to Thomas County, KS and then on to Hansen, TwinFalls, ID.
