Notes
a. Note:   !Judy attended two years of College at John Tarleton in Stephenville, TX. She likes all needleworks, art, music and people. !Judy came to Mesa for Tissie's funeral 28 Jan 1997. I went to the airport with Bill and Marlene to pick her up. Before she left, Bill and Marlene came by Tissie's to say goodbye again. This was the last time we saw her. It was nice being with her. !Henry called 27 Mar 1997 to tell us that Judy had had a stroke, and wasn't to last more than two days. Bill had called him. Then Henry called 28 Mar 1997 to say that Bill had just called that she had just passed away - around 10:00. Bill then called me to say the funeral was the next day. I am in a cast up to almost my left armpit, so had no business going anyway. I had broken my wrist. Bill said we could go with him on flowers. Of course, we feel bad. !Marlene sent us the card; IN LOVING MEMORY. SERVICES: Saturday, March 29, 1997 at 12:00 PM, Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Chapel. OFFICIATING: Rev Milton Guttierrez. SELECTIONS: Nearer My God To Thee, Because He Lives. INTERMENT: Garden Park Cemetery, Saturday, March 29, 1997 at 5:00 PM, Conroe, Texas. Marlene wrote that she and Bill were able to attend the graveside services, in Conroe, which were quite beautiful. They had gotten roses in vials for her, which held up well. !The following was on her death announcement: !A TIME FOR EVERYTHING !There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under heaven: a time to be born and a time to die, a time to plant and a time to uproot, a time to kill and a time to heal, a time to tear down and a time to build, a time to weep and a time to laugh, a time to mourn and a time to dance, a time to scatter stones and a time to gather them, a time to embrace and a time to refrain, a time to search and a time to give up, a time to keep and a time to throw away. a time to tear and a time to mend, a time to be silent and a time to speak, a time to love and a time to hate, a time for war and a time for peace. Ecclesiastes 3:1-8
