Note: # 4 Source 1p. 6,9 Maria Barbara2 Bellinger, born 1686, died Aug. 3, 1753, age 67, (Schoharie Lutheran Church record) married Jun. 9, 1712 to Jacob H. Borst, the first Borst in Schoharie. He died Jan. 2, 1757 (Church record.) Cady says they both died 1753. NOTE: In this line there are the following descendants: 1 Member of Commettee of Safety, Joost Borst; 1 Governor of New York State William C. Bouck, 1842-44; 1 Member of Assembly, Joseph Borst, 1800-01; 1 Judge, Peter Borst, 1800; 1 Memeber of Congress, Peter Borst, 1829-31; The information is taken from Cady's notes, now in the New York Genealogical and Biographical Society Library, corrected as shown by references to the Schoharie Reformed Church and Lutheran Church records. Children 8 Borst As I stated in the notes under my unknown parents of Johannes Bellinger this is where I am ending the female lines in my work at this time, the rest of the daughters will be treated in this manner. {DB}
