a. Note:   OBITUARY: April 11, 2002 Hinojos Jesusita (Susie) Hinojos, 51, of Alpine, a homemaker, loving mother, wife, sister and an inspiration to many died Monday, April 8 at her residence. Rosary was held yesterday at Our Lady of Peace Catholic Church. Mass will be celebrated at 2 p.m. on Thursday, April 11 at the church with Father Rick Ruiz officiating. Graveside services will follow at Holy Angels Cemetery. Arrangements are by Geeslin Funeral Home. Susie was born on May 15, 1950 in Alpine. She married Merced Abel Hinojos Sr. on June 4, 1969. She was involved in many organizations and was a strong Catholic and loved by many. She always volunteered herself to her church and community. Survivors include her husband, Merced A. Hinojos of Alpine; two daughters, Wanda A. Hinojos and Jessica Hinojos, both of Alpine; one son, Merced A. Hinojos Jr., also of Alpine; her father, Manuel Torres Sr. of Alpine; one sister, Linda Petronelli of Warren, Ohio; two brothers, Manuel Torres Jr. of Odessa and Vivian Torres of Corpus Christi; and three grandchildren, Christina Graham, DeShawn Bell and Tiara Bell of Alpine. Pallbearers are Pedro Hinojos, Mike Valenzuela, Lee Chapa, Angel Torres Sr., Teodoro (Ted) Lujan, Allen Roach, Jerry Martinez Jr. and Israel Torres. Honorary pallbearers are Mike Harvey and Daniel Roach. BURIAL: Holy Angels Cemetery
