They spoke of prosperous farms and of cordial welcomes from all of his family. A daughter of Herbert Ray remembers the names Meadows or Madden but it is unknown whether this refers to the Zimmerman's or the Hite's. Towns of interest are Bettsville and Fremont, Ohio.
