a. Note:   bt to her. Fourth-$600 to her son John Dietz. Fifth-to her son Conrad Dietz the sum of $5, forgive his indebtedness to her, and direct that $100 + interest be paid to her brother-in-law John Walter for the debt taht Conrad owes him. Sixth - to her daughter Mary Elizabeth Schamming $600. Seventh- to her daughter Mary Rosiena Kappeler $600. Eighth- to her son John George $400 and forgiveness of his debt to her. Ninth- to St. Mary's German Roman Catholic Church of Allegheny City, Pa $100 for masses for her deceased husband and herself. Tenth- that all her estate be converted to cash. Eleventh-that after the sale of all her possessions and the payment of her debts, funeral expenses, and bequested any remaining monies to be shared by her children equally. She that directes that her son John Dietz and Harry Meyer be execurtors of her last will and testament.

 Codicil: #6-She directed that out of the $600 bequested to her daughter Mary Elizabeth Schamming $300 dollars be deducted to pay the amount due to the Building and Loan Association by her husband Nicholas Schamming for which she and John Dietz want back. #9-She gives and bequestes to the Sacred Heart Church , Emsworth, Pa $100 for her deceased husband and herself for masses instead of St. Mary's Church of Allegheny City. She then appoints her son John Dietz as her sole executor.
