Note:   Daniel came to Canada in 1833, at the same time as his brother, Valenltine Zoeller. Daniel and his wife, Anna Baetz of Hertzberg, Kurshausen, Germany, settled in lWAterloo Township at first and later in 1853, moved to hay Twop, Huron County. There they farmed on the first concession east of Zurich, on the Blind Line, Lot 24, Concession 9. In 1884, they sold the farm to Jacob Harberer. They both died in 1898 and are buried in St. peter's Lutheran Cemetery in Zurich.
  They had 10 children. All the children except Valentin and Catherine, were born in Hay Twp. Catherine married Henry Wurm and raised her family near Zurich, Jacob married Anna Neuschwanger and lived in the Zurich area. Mary Ann married William Schrader and lived east of Zurich. Philip married Elizabeth Hallman and raised a a family of 4. Philip's son, Arthur Zoeller, who was born in Canada, married Lovina Stoppel and lived in Port Huron, Michigan.
