I, Peter R. Poff being of sound mind but feeble in body, do make this to be my last will and testament. That is to say, I desire the first place that all my just debts and burial expenses be paid out of my Estate as soon afater my decease as may be convenient and in the second place, I will to my son Fleming J. V. Poff my track of land that I now live on containing fifty acres under this consideratio, that he is to take care of me and his Mother and Sister during our lives. (sister named Addina). He also is to let his Mother have anything she wants as long as she lives. He is to have the land that I intended to give to my Daughter for taking good care of her, her lifetime. And at min and my wife's death, that my personal peoperty, if any, to be sold and equally divided between all of my children except my son John F. Poff. he is to have one dollar for this reason, he has got his part of my estate already. I also desire my two sons, Fleming J. V. Poff and Green C. Poff to be my executors to settle my estate.
