Awarded an MBA from Harvard Business School, Cambridge, MA on June 10, 1948. Awarded a JD from SMU Law School, Dallas, Dallas Co, TX on Aug. 31, 1951. Military Service: Joined the US Navy Reserve as a Seaman (SN, E-3) in the V-12 program. Howard was sent to Tulane University, then to Harvard Business School. His duty stations included the Navy Finance Center in Cleveland, OH, and the USS General Haan (APA-?), where he was the Supply Officer. After completing his active duty and his Reserve time, he was Honorably Discharged as an Ensign (O-1). Occupations: Howard was a Certified Public Accountant and an Attorney.

Note:   (Medical):Eyes: Blue, Hair: Brown Howard fell about 8:30 am on 1 April and hit his head on the pavement. That afternoon he was transported to ER at Baylor Hospital, where he lapsed into a 2-week coma. He remained in a semi-comatose condition until his death at 8:45pm on 5 May, 2001.
