The church is still there today and the cemetery where many of my relatives are buried. Betty says her notes say Levi died in 1865. Source Betty C. Craig Have Levi in 1840 US census for Pulaski Co. Has nine children listed. The 1850 US census for Pulaski Co., Kentucky has his age as 52. "On February 28, 1883 he (William B. Milburn) was united in marriage with Miss Celesta F. Ware. Celesta (Ware) Milburn was born September 2, 1861. She is a native Pulaski Co., KY, and a daughter of Rice Ware and Sarah (Cooper) Ware, of English lineage and natives of Pulaski County. Rice Ware is yet living, aged 44 years, the mother died January 26, 1883, aged 37 years. She was a daughter of Levi Cooper, whose father Malachi was a Baptist minister who came to kentucky in 1796. He was pastor of the church at Somerset for many years and was much devoted to his religious duties and highly esteemed by his people. He was a persistent worker in the temperence cause and was one of the strongest pro-slavery men of his day. He reared a family of three sons and five daughters, of whom was Sarah, the mother of Celesta (Ware) Milburn. Sarah was also the name of the grandmother of Malachi Cooper.
