Harold Pavelis officiating. Mus ic w as by t he c hoir and organist. Pallbeareres were Lloyd Bruns, Fredolph Anderson, Lester Worne r, Au gu st Sc humacher, Leo Muellenbach and Harold Krauth. Honorary bea re rs we re Verg il Tobeck, Milton Schmidt, Donald Schildt, Louis Stiba l, Art hur Sn ider, He rman Schildt and Liberat Vathroder. Burial w as in the Cat holic s ect or of Wildwood cemetery. Mr. Tobeck died of a heart attack at his home about 11 p.m. Se pt 2 4, w hi le watching a television show. He was a member of Ave Maria church, was a member of the board of d ir ec to rs of the Federal Land Bank, had served on his local scho ol bo ar d. He w as a baseball player at one time, enjoyed hunting, fishi ng a nd a ll spor ts . On March 26, 1913 he was united in marriage with Clara L. Y ez ek at S t. P e ter's church in Dumont. To this union nine childre n, a ll of whom s urvive d, were born: John M., Breckenridge; August L ., New B righton; Mr s. Arth ur M. Olsen, Minneapolis; Vincent E., St. Pau l, Freder ick W. and N orm an F. , Wheaton; Mrs. E. E. Stoddard, Mound; Ke nneth J ., Spring Par k; Kath leen R., Mound; also 14 grandchildren, thr ee sister s, Mrs. Arth ur Snider a nd Helen Tobeck, St. Paul; Mrs. Louis S tibal, Lid gerwood, N .D ., and a bro ther Henry Tobeck, Beardsley. His wife died in November 1955. He was also preceeded in dea th by t hr ee b rothers, Herman, Ed, and Phillip. He was married to Rosalie Mackovec Feb. 12, 1957 at Ave Mar ia ch ur ch in Wh eaton. She also survives. All of his children and his s iste rs a nd broth er came for his funeral. Also present at the funeral w ere M r. a nd Mrs. Jo hn Reber, Winneconne, Wis.
