Note: 1880 Census: Listed as "works on farm" under the household of Edward Jarman. Jarman has a wife, Mary, and one daughter, Gertrude. Wilson's co-worker here is a Franklin Berger. Wilson lists his mother's birthplace as Scotland (correct) and his father's as Pennsylvania. There is no record we have available which suggests Alonzo was born in PA, but nothing to refute it either, except the family bible. 1900 Census: Lists his father's birthplace as VERMONT! Make up your mind, Wilson Henry!! Lists mother correctly as Scotland. Under occupation, listed as "elect" perhaps meaning electrician. Listed as able to read and write and speak English as are kids, but not listed for Sarah. Mary not with them in 1900 either. 1930 Census: Listed as renting, housing value listed as "60" To me, this means they pay 60 dollars a month rent. Census taken 4/22/1930. Listed as born in Illinois--Father..drumroll please..born in Vermont, mother in Scotland! Listed as literate as is Sarah. For the life of my, I'm having trouble reading the occupation. It appears to say "sexton church" Address appears to be 836 Wesley Ave, Oak Park, IL Mary not with them in 1910 Census: both kids still at home right top numbers 053 0655 0188
