Note: According to my cousin Helen Nichols Parker, John And Lottie had 9 children but the only ones to survive childhood are the three i have listed. Lottie's grandchildren referred to her as "PEA GRANNY" because she was barely four feet tall. Lottie was named for her grandmother Charlotte Harrington Ford, who died at least 25 years before she was born. But she may have visited often with her grandfather Laban Ford. who lived nearby in Howard County, Missouri, He died when Lottie was 10 years old.
