a. Note:   Mary Willianson Fields was the daughter of Sarah Williamson. Mary's mother Sarah later married John Field. In a Maury County, Tennessee Chancery Court case, Re: "Fields vs. Fields 1857" - Note about the case, "William Revier married Mary A. Williamson in 1837 in Maury Co. She was a daughter of Sarah (John Fields 2nd wife) by Sarah's 1st marriage to a Mr. Williamson, and therefore a half-sister of John Fields' younger children. " It appears Mary's birth name was Williamson. Hickman Co. TN marriage records show her name as Williamson. but death certificate for her daughter, Caledonia Ann Revier, list her mother's maiden name as Fields. On a census it shows her brother and sister living with them, and their names are Fields.
