H. Irwin Editor and Compiler The priest who united the couple was John Langtry of All Saints Anglican Church in the town of Collingwood. The couple lived on 2nd street in Asotin, Washington in 1920. He is buried in Vineland Cemetery in Washington. Birth info. obtained from copy of English birth certificate. Edward C. Florance and his family immigrated to the U.S. in 1881-82, settling for a short period of time in St. Vincent, MN then moving on to Pembina Co.,ND. There the family took up farming. Two years later they moved on to Grand Forks, ND. Edward ran a shoe store there for a few years and later moved to Washington. Most of the childrenbegan their own lives at that point and Edward C. and Margaret Florance retired in Asotin, WA in 1903. Religious preferance "Presbyterian" contributed by Jackie (Florance) Williams.
