Note: Inez L. Newman Fremont (Ohio) News-Messenger July 22,1898-July 31, 1994 Inez L. Newman, 96, of 410 Douglas Road, Bradner, died Sunday morning at Bowling Green Manor Nursing Home. She was born in Luckey to Frank and Elizabeth (Ruch) Caris. She married John E. Newman on Sept. 11, 1920 in Bowling Green. He died in 1969. Mrs. Newman was a homemaker and attended Faith Calvary Church in Bradner. Surviving are sons John of Old Town, Fla., Dale of Perrysburg, and James of Bradner; daugthers Bonnie Whitcomb of Toledo, Mary Lou Heberling of Fremont, Letha Goshe of Fostoria and JoAnn Gilmore of Van Buren; and 18 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren. Daughter Betty,sisters Matilda Kohring, Pearl Dierker, Ada Jacobs, and Edna Rothenbuhler are deceased. Services will begin at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Barndt Funeral Home in Wayne with burial at Bradner Cemetery. Visitation will be 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday, at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the church.
