Note: Dale N. Heberling Fremont (Ohio) News-Messenger, May 28, 2001 Jan. 22, 1928-May 26, 2001 Dale N. Heberling, 73, of Sheriff Street, Fremont, died Saturday at Memorial Hospital. He was born in Helena to Wilbert and Hazel (Nelson) Heberling. He married Shirley Carnicom on Feb. 12, 1949, at Trinity Methodist Church, Fremont, and she survives. Mr. Heberling was employed by Pfizer Lime Plant, Woodville, in maintenance for 33 years until retiring in 1983. He also ran the fammily farm with his brother Robert Heberling. He was a member of the Eagles and loved auto racing and Cleveland sports teams. Also surviving are sons Larry and Jay of Fremont; daughter Robin Humberger of Fremont; brother Robert Heberling of Fremont; sister Beatrice Binkley of Bristol, Ind.; 11 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. He is preceded by his parents, son Michael Heberling, brother Raymond Heberling and two infant sisters Hazel and Gladys. Visitation: 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday, Wonderly-Horvath Funeral Home, Eagles service at 7:30 p.m. Services: 1 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Burial: Four Mile House Cemetery.
