Note: Edwin J. Watruba Fremont (Ohio) News-Messenger, November 29, 1963 Edwin J. Watruba, 47, Route 3, Clyde, died Thursday at 3:50 a.m. in Memorial Hospital. He had been in failing health and hospitalized since October 27. Born August 23, 1916 in Medina, he was the son of Mrs. Catherine Watruba abd the late Joseph Watruba. He had lived in this area 40 years. He had been making his home with his brother-in-law and sister, Mr. and Mrs. LaMar (Dorothy) Jennings, near Clyde. Surviving also are two daughters, Mrs. James (Judie) Langel, Fremont, and Miss Sheryl Watruba, Sandusky; brother Donald, Fremont; sisters, Mrs. Edwin (Betty) Rosen and Mrs. Howard (Mary) Daniels, and his mother Mrs. Catherine Watruba , all of Clyde. He was a member of the Fremont Eagles lodge. Friends may call at the OChs funeral home after 3 p.m. Saturday where the Sacred Heart Holy Name Society will recite the Rosary at 7 p.m. Sunday. A Requiem Mass will be offered Monday at 9:30 a.m. in Sacred Heart church will burial to be in Calvary Cemetery.
