No listing are found for David Bentz (born 1851) or Susan Bentz (born 1862), both listed in 1870 Census, to indicate if Catherine was their mother. In regards to David Bentz, the birth year likely indicates Catherine as parent. In regard to Susan Bentz, it is unclear as no record of Catherine's death or Christian's second marriage have been found to date.
