He was born Nov. 27, 1898 in Mt. Plesant to Thomas Hart Benton Miller and Emily Jane Tindell Miller. On Aug. 3, 1930 he was married in Tuscumbia to Jewell Mae Thomas, who died Aug 29, 1982. Mr. Miller was a lifetime resident of the Etterville and Mt. Pleasant communities. He was employed with Evans Feed Mill in Eldon and the G. & O. Feed Store. He was custodian at Eldon High School prior to his retirement in 1963. He also was a farmer. He was a member of the Masons and the Etterville Christian Church for more tha 50 years. Funeral services were held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Phillips Funeral Home in Eldon with Borys Boyuk officiating, assisted by Bro. Bob Jones. Burial was in Eldon Cemetery.
