a. Note:   Burke Co Court House in Letter Book 5 folios 60 & 61, document forty three-December 30, 1826 and January 12, 1827. States two daughters as being Jane Gorgia Anne Perry and Mary Elizabeth Perry. He grants to both daughters land originally granted to James O. Pollock containing six hundred acres situated in the county of Screven being near James Parkers land. In another deed of gift, being on file in Burke Co. record books of deeds Letter A folio 320 & 321, document 60- September 10 and November 17, 1862, deeds to his wife, Jane E. Perry and to his children, George G., Isaac N., Francis E. and Charles J., all that tract or parcel of land containing two hundred and sixty acres lying in the county of Burke with his stock of horses, cattle and hogs, household and kitchen furniture, farming implement with provisions, with all of the afore mentioned property to remain in possession of his wife, Jane E. during her widowhood or until the marriage or death of his wife, Jane E., then to be equally divided between his children.
