a. Note:   Isaac seemed to have buiseness sence. Owned various properties.Maybe built Burnt Mills. (There may have been another IsaacHeiney centered more in Hempfield Twp.) Isaac executor ofJacob's affairs in early 1820's. Lost wealth in bank panic of1820's; may have been a director of a bank.
 Martic Tax records. Isaac appears from 1807-1828 alone with Ream (a Ream married dau Elizabeth) and with Brenneman. Last few years listed with a bank.
 1820's listed as member of the Luthern Church in Conestoga Center. No Heiney's are buried in the town cemetery which is next to the Reformed Ch in these times.
 Deed Books S-3-373 to Isaac from Christian Brenneman. This and next are settlement of wills. Isaac Brenneman will settled between Isaac H and Ch B (b-in-L). Fanny recieves for consideration of 100 pounds. Isaac H and Fanny living in Lanc Twp.
 29 Mar 1805 S-3-397 Fanny's g-f Christian Forrer (2 Feb 1786) will land to wife Maria and son Jacob and then to Feronica B and Anna Graeff and there children. Christian settling with sister for consideration of 700 pounds and land with buildings. Centers on250 acers in Strasburg Twp. 29 March 1805.Book 6 p 633 - 29 March 1813. to Isaac of Lanc. Twp. from Michael Harnish and wife. 11+ acers on the Pequea Creek. Inc dams, Messauge Grist Mill and saw mill. Two fees 2,799+ and1,200+ neighbors and previous owners include Wenger, Fehl, HenryZercher, Martin Physer, Jacob Good and Christian Stoner.
 Book 17 p 380. recorded 1 Sep 1819. Isaac obtained in Jun 1805 to Isaac from Martin Nissley. 140 acers in Lanc Twp on Conestoga. 134 acers in Martick Twp, I believe on the Pequea includes mills ,dams, bridges and floodgates. Both tracts for 4,200 pounds.
 Book 19 p 294 30 Sep 1813. Isaac sold land to Henry Segar. Isaac miller in Lanc Twp. sold numbered acre in Manor Twp for $106.Book 25 p 276 Sheriff sale.
 15 Dec 1815. Purchased by Wm White. Isaac owed Farmers Bank of Lancaster $4,000 and John Burkholder $3,000. 240 acres with 2 dwelling houses, barns, mills, bridges,floodgates, etc in Conestoga and Martick Twps. Property next to Jacob Fehl and John Good. Price $12,100.
 Book 25 p279 Property 260 acres sold to Farmers Bank of Lanc. 1815 Direct Fed Tax. Coestoga Twp. Isaac Heiney (Geo Fahl and"Peckquay Kreck") 11 acres 24 by 22 ft. Wood barn, Grist Mill of brick 60 ft by 50 in. Saw Mill and Still House 35 by 30 in. Value $6,000.

 07/05 Marriage at First Reform from Church Marriage Records.Last name is "Heiner"
  09/05 acc to "Water Power Grist Mills, Lancasster Co PA, "Lord says Isaac Hainey aquired mill that had been there since 1737 in 1813. In 1814 he built a three story brick grist mill. 50x60 with saw mill attached. In 1823 was sheriffed sold by bank in 1827. Son-in-law David is reported to have owned it and a distellery in 1864. Reliable info says otherwise."
 At time of printing Grist said the rebuilt mill is apartments and in good condition.
 cf brother Samuel deeds in R 8 189 describe public road that leads to his mill.
 1830 US Census PA Martic Living in this Tp next to John and three houses from brother David. Three children in household. Age is off should have had next older box checked.
  05/07 acc to Thyrza Heiny he owned a Bible with notes on geneology inserted. In 1910 the bible is in possession of Martha Haverstick gdau (dau of Isaac.)
  07/07 After studing his descendents Isaac had only one grandson with Heiney name this was Isaac the son of Isaac. He had no children. (Adopted a daughter.)
