a. Note:   Levi B. Jones' parents were born in Alabama (F) and Tennessee (M). Levi was a Mason. He was 1/2 Cherokee Indian. Note: I have no real proof that Levi was Cherokee or how much. I based this on my grandmother, father and my cousin telling me he was and how much. I don't believe that any of the Jones were on the Indian rolls as my grandmother told me they were not.
