a. Note:   Seaborn enlisted in Co. A. 1st. Colquitt's Ark. Inf. May 1861 at Hillsboro, Union County, AR He was discharged at Evansport, Dec. 8, 1861 due to a mental inability for service. His discharge papers reads, "born at Andersonville, Georgia, age 21, 5ft.111/2 in. tall, dark complexion, black hair, black eyes." He enlisted again in Sumpter County, Georgia in Co. C. 62nd. Reg. Georgia Vol. Inf.. He was captured at Corrisville, Virginia Dec. 1862. paroled at Fortress Monroe, Virginia 1862 and discharged on disability May 3, 1863. Seaborn and family came back to Union County, Arkansas then on to Howard County where he died and is buried in the Nashville Cemetery,
