MOORE STATE OF TEXAS Trinity County Know all men by these - That I, E.M Harrington of said County of Trinity for and in consideration of three hundred dollars to me in hand paid by J.J. Moore of the County aforesaid the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged do by these presents ____ bargain, sell and convey with the said J.J. Moore, his heirs and assigns all that tract or parcel of land lying in the said County of Trinity on the waters of Caney Creek being a portion of Miguel Cortinus ASS (?) of Bregado De Los Sautos Coy. The Survey Commencing at the W.S. part of a Survey of 1316 acres of land p____ to Miguel Cortinus assignee of Bregado De Los Sautos Coy, beginning at the N.E. corner of the same at a stake from which a pine 20 in in diameter lies, 865 ? 3 vrs distance a Hickory 8 in diameter brs W 76E 4 6/10 vrs, dist. Thence South with the East Boundary line of said 1316 acres, Survy 428 to a stake from which a pine 16 in dia. brs. S 20 W 3 vrs, dist, also to a pine 17 in in dia vrs. W 72 W 3 vrs dist,. Thence __ 80 __ 1597 vrs, to the S.E. corner of Jacob Klines 320 acres Survey a stake from which a red oak brs. __ 50 E 5 vrs, dust & a pine _- __60 __3 4/10 vrs. dist. Thence __10 8 with the boundary line of said Klines Survey 400 vrs. to SW corner of H.B. Ganedo Survey from which 3 post oaks vrs. __ 68 __ 5 vrs. dis. Thence S. 80 E with the South boundary line of the said ___ Gonlas Survey and being the boundary of said 1316 acres Survey 1457 vrs to the corner. All and singular, I, E.M. Harrington bind myself, any heirs and administrators or any __ lawfully caliming the same to forever defend the same. J.J. Moore. His heirs and assigns forever, the right and title of said 108 acres of land. Said J.J.
