Note: Prior to the Civil War and Union Army Service, Edward was a stonemason , and lived in Manchester, Michigan. His Name along with his brother John's is etched in the Family stone at Oakgrove Cemetery, Manchester. John is not there, mabe Edward isn't either. My guess is that he died of injuries or disease because of the war...
