a. Note:   At least one of Christa's siblings also moved to the Massachusetts. Michael Wallace Taylor arrived in 1833, married two years later and raised a family in Plymouth. He enlisted and served for about a year during the Civil War. He died of disease in North Carolina in 1862. Marjorie, I found what I needed to know. Michael Wallace went by Wallace and he went to the US about 1833 & settled in Plymouth, Mass. He married Caroline Pierce & he died 23 Oct 1862 @ Newberne, N.C. as a result of disease. He was a member of 24th Regt. of Mass. E-mail me at home for the rest of the info.
