a. Note:   [Loe&Warford,Hill &Robison1.FTW] [Loe&Warford.GED] [Loe.FTW] WILLIAM WAS 19 YEARS OLD ON THE 1850 MARION COUNTY CENSUS. HIS TOMSTONE BRITHYEAR OF 1840 IS PROBABLY INCORRECT. Eliza's pension file. She applied for the pension in Lamar Co., AL and stated that her husband William B. Robertson was a private in the 16th Alabama Unit and the 10 Alabama Cav. He joined on 15 August, 1861 Moscow, AL. This would make a lot more sense. At some point the men from the 16th what was left of them where sent to the 10th Alabama Cavarly, where he was captured by the 149th Indiana Co and paroled on 29 May 1865. Several men signed there names as this being true.
