Note: Amos and Mary were married 24 March 1869. They had only one child, Jesse Eugene. By the time he was 10 he was living with his widowed Grandma Carter.
Mary and Amos P. were divorced. I find her working as a servant in 1880 in the home of Jasper Rouen in Eldora, Hardin Co., Pleasant Twp.
Amos P. had a son with Elizabeth Machamer in 1872 although they did not marry until 1883. They had a large family together.
Found Mary and husband Edwin Willis Bagley on the 1900 census for Wheeler Co, NE,
Clearwater Twp. Edwin's father, Gilbert is living with them. He is 78.
