Note: State of Missouri County of St. Charles To all who shall see these presents, Whereas the County Court of St. Charles County, on the 1st day of March 1839, granted to Benajah English, letters of administration on the Estate of William Francis Taylor, deceased, and the same Benajah English having in open court entered unto bond sufficient security. Therefor the said Benajah English is hereby authorized and empowered to perform and discharge all the duties touching(?) the administration of the Estate of said deceased required by law. In witness whereby of Ludwell E. Powell, Clerk of same County Court -Recorded 1st March 1839.
