NY James is listed as a Junior, I have not been able to understand this yet for his father is Martin Caskey. Could this James not be he son?? James also shows up on the 1860 census as a Junior. I have verified that he was not a Senior. I have not found the Will yet. The only person mentioned in James is listed as a Junior. I have not been unable to figure out why this is for his father is supposedly Martin Caskey. I have verified that it did not say Senior. Can this not be the right James. This James is also listed as a Junior on the 1860 census. The Letter only lists his wife as Sally Ann Caskey. I am hoping to find a Will. This will need further looking into and for now I will keep him listed as being the s/o Martin & Jane.
