Notes
a. Note:   Mary may of been born in New York for on 1850 census it states NY as birth place. 1860 NY CENSUS: Dwelling-1630 Value-$300 Family-1870 Mary Jackson, 59, F, b. NJ Milton Caskey, 22, M, R&R Brakeman, b. NY James M. Caskey, 19, M, Canal Boatman, b. NY Samuel Smith, 58, M, Blacksmith, b. NY (brother-in-law to Mary. He married Mary's sister, Hila Estelle.) Milton & James I believe were awarded guardianship to Mary Jackson after their mother died. I did find guardianship records for the six children of John & Mary Unknown Caskey. Looks like the children were all broke up after death of parents and placed with different families. In 1850 Milton & James were with both parents. In 1855 just mother. Now they are with Mary Jackson. These children descend through Samuel & Sarah Decker Caskey's line.
