Note: 1914 Port Jervis Union, Page 2: Mrs. Nettie Leppert, widow of the late M.E. Leppert, of this city (Port Jervis), died at 5 o'clock Wednesday afternoon, of hemorrhage of the stomach after an illness of over two years. She was aged 56 years. Mrs. Leppert was born at Sparrow Bush, June 6, 1858, a daughter of James & Sara Caskey. She was twice married, her first husband was the late William Cox of Middletown, who died several years ago; leaving one son, Irving Cox, of Matamoras, PA & four grandchildren; also by two brothers & one sister, John Caskey of San Francisco, CA, Rufus Caskey of Sparta, WI & Mrs. Joseph Roberty, of this city. The funeral will be held at the home of Mrs. Roberty on Fowler street at 2:30, Friday afternoon. Rev. Samuel Jones will officiate. The internment will be in the Sparrow Bush Cemetery.
