a. Note:   WWI draft card shows date of birth and that he is living at 2838 S. Keeler Avenue. He claims to be the support of his mother and family. He was working as a farm hand for the Levi Z. Leiter Estate in Clearmont, Wyoming. Leiter was a well known businessman in Chicago and involved with Marshall Fields at one time.
  On a 1947 letter to Concordia Cemetery, he lists his address as 1403 S. 37th Place, Tulsa, Oklahoma.
