Notes
a. Note:   She was called Mary even though census, birth, and children's birth records say May. Family always said Mary.
1910 census shows first name Mary with middle initial "A".
Marion said that Mary and Daniel separated around the time of Billy's first marriage (he was about 17). They had been married about 25 years. According to Marion, Mary would not go to parties that Daniel hosted when he was with trucking company (see picture in album) New England/Hartford.
Social Security application shows mother's maiden name as Jennie Coer and father John Cullen. She was living at the 48 48 Street Woodside, NY address.
Marion says that her mother operated a restaurant in Manhattan in a railroad car sometime in the 1930s.
Mary was known to use different last names such as Curran. This may have been due to her card reading.

c. Note:   NF14
Note:   According to Marion, Daniel and Mary celebrated 25 years of marriage and then separated around the time William (her brother) married Christine. Since William may have been 17? it could be anywhere from 1932 to 1939.
