Notes
a. Note:   Notes from Cecelia Lutz. Caroline Lutz's husband, John Heber, was a glass blower and made oil lamp chimneys. He would visit the John Lutz family in Warren in the summer and bring a basket of lamp chimneys for them. He would ask to take two "springers" (hens) home with him. Caroline and John's daughter Laura was a piano teacher. They lived on the south side of Pittsburgh. On the 1880 PA census Caroline Lutz Huber is listed as being the mother of eight children with four living. Three of those four children appear to be living at home, Laura A., Albert A. and Elma M. In the Wills of both Caroline and John a daughter Caroline is listed along with a daughter Loretta. Albert is mentioned in Caroline's Will but not John's, so it is possible that he died between the deaths of his parents. Could the name in the census "Laura" actually be daughter "Loretta" mentioned in the wills? ESTATE DOCUMENTS OF CAROLINE HEBEUR ************************* Pitts., S. S., Pa. May 4, 1915 I Mrs. J. C.
