a. Note:   WILL OF JOHN C. HEBEUR ************************* In the Name of God, Amen. I John C. Hebeur of Pittsburgh County of Allegheny State of Pennsylvania, being of sound mind, memory and understanding, do make and publish this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void all former Wills by me at any time heretofore made: After all just debts and funeral expenses being fully paid by my executor, herinafter named, I do hereby give and bequeath unto the rector of St. Michaels R. C. Church, the sum of One hundred Dollars for masses to be said for the repose of my soul. And I do hereby give and bequeath my Real Estate of No. 119 1/2 S. 18th Street, and No. 1824 Larkins Alley, Pittsburgh Pa. unto my daughter Loretta Martin. And I do hereby give and bequeath my share or interest in the Lutz heirs estate unto my daughter Caroline Shally, said estate being property located at S. 12th & Bradish St. Pittsburgh PA. And I do hereby give and bequeath unto my Grandson Francis Smith, the sum of Four hundred Dollars for educational purposes, my daughter Loretta shall have the right and privilege, to collect the rent from the premises 1822 Larkins Ally (sic), until (sic) she has collected the sum of $140.00, which amount I owe her, and all the rest and residue of my estate, real, personal & mixed, of whatsoever kind and wheresoever the same may be found I do hereby give devise and bequeath unto my daughter Loretta Martin her heirs and assigns forever. And I do hereby nominate, constitute and appoint Jno. A. Bleichner executor of this my last Will and Testament. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I John C. Hebeur testator have to this my Will written on one page of paper, set my hand and seal, the 3rd day of November A. D. 1916 John Hebeur Signed, sealed, published and declared by the above named John C. Hebeur as and for his last Will and Testament, in the presence of us, who have hereunto subscribed our names at the request, as witnesses thereunto, in the presence of said testator and of each other. Jno. A. Bleichner Mike Martin Application for Probate of Will of John C. Hebeur late of Pittsburgh, Allegheny County deceased, and Grant of Letters Testamentary. Register's Office Allegheny County, ss: Before the Register of Allegheny County personally appeared Jno. A. Bleichner who, being sworn, say that he is the executor appointed in the last will and testament of John C. Hebeur deceased, dated November 3rd 1916. That said testator, being at the time a resident of Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, died on November 4th A. D. 1916 at 2 o'clock P. M., possessed of personal estate to the value of $800.00 and of real estate (less encumbrances) to the value of $6000.00 as nearly as can be ascertained, situate in 17th Ward, City of Pittsburgh, Allegheny Co. Pa. That deponent (whose P. O. address is 2208 Carson St., Pittsburgh Pa.) is a resident of Pennsylvania, and respectfully petition the Register to admit said will to probate, and to grant letters testamentary thereon to him. Sworn and subscribed before me, Jno. A. Bleichner Nov. 17 A. D. 1916 Wm. Conner Register Allegheny County, ss: I, Jno A. Bleichner do swear that, as I verily believe, the above-named John C. Hebeur died on the 4th day of November A. D. 1916 at 2 o'clock P. M.; and do further swear that as the executor of the last will and testament of said decedent will well and truly administer the goods and chattels, rights and credits of said deceased according to law, and also will diligently and faithfully regard and well and truly comply with the provisions of the law relating to collateral inheritances. Sworn and subscribed before me this 17 day of Nov. A. D. 1916 Jno. A. Bleichner and letters testamentary granted unto Jno. A. Bleichner Wm. Connor State of Pennsylvania Allegheny County. ss: Be it known, That on the 17 day of Nov. A. D. 1916 before me, WILLIAM CONNER, Register of Wills, etc., in and for the County aforesaid, came Jno. A. Bleichner and Mike Martin the subscribing witnesses to the foregoing instrument of writing, purporting to be the last Will and Testament of John C. Hebeur deceased, and on their solemn oath did depose and say that they were present and did see and hear John C. Hebeur the testator therein named, sign seal, publish and declare the same as and for his last Will and Testament, and at the time of so doing he was of sound mind and memory, to the best of their knowledge and belief, and at his request and in his presence they subscribed their names as witnesses thereunto.
