a. Note:   Hazel M. Lutz NEWTON FALLS - Hazel M. Lutz, 86, of Route 3, the mother of Clyde Lutz of Ravenna, died Friday at Colvin's Nursing Home in Newton Falls. Born Aug. 20, 1897 in Cairo, Ohio, Mrs. Lutz was the widow of Daniel J. Lutz, who died in 1942. She was a member of St. Joseph Church in Newton Falls. She was the daughter of Fremont and Mary Ida (Haye) Kollar. In addition to her son, Clyde, she is survived by sons, Robert of Newton Falls and Thomas, at home; daughters, Imogene Czoka of Girard and Geraldine Zelina of Newton Falls; 26 grandchildren; 34 great-grandchildren; brother, Ralph Kollar of Fox River Grove, Ill. and a sister, Edna Wood of Elida, Ohio. A son, Daniel, and a daughter, Hazel M. Ford died previously. Calling hours will be held from 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at the Borowski Funeral Home in Newton Falls, where the Rosary will be recited at 9 p.m. Services will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Joseph Church in Newton Falls. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery in Newton Falls.
