a. Note:   Margaret Hall - LISBON - Margaret M. "Peg" Hall, 74, of 733 E. Lincoln Way, died at 7:05 a.m. at her home after a lengthy illness. She was born Dec. 15, 1921 in Lisbon, the daughter of Angelo Peruchetti and Julia Baronzzi Peruchetti. A lifetime area resident, she had been head cook at the Columbiana County Jail from 1975 to 1992. Earlier, she was head chef at the Salem Golf Club from 1967 to 1973. Mrs. Hall was a member of St. George's Catholic Church in Lisbon and it's Altar and Rosary Society. She was often in charge of church dinners and fund-raising projects over the years. She also was a member of Wilfred Clunk VFW Post 4111 of Lisbon, a 30-year member of the Tripoli Club of Lisbon, and a charter member of the Ladies Auxiliary of Lisbon Eagle Aerie 2216. Mrs. Hall was a veteran of the Women's Army Corps, serving in World War II. She is survived by her husband, Jack D. Hall, whom she married Jan. 25, 1947; three sons, Bud D. Hall and Greg A. Hall, both of Lisbon, and Barry W. Hall of Lantana, Fla; three sisters, Mrs. Amber Tifini (sic) and Mrs. Rose Gill, both of Lisbon, and Mrs. Josephine Lutz of Lucerine (sic) Valley, Calif.; two brothers, Sam Peruchetti of Lisbon and Bill Peruchetti of La Mesa, Calif.; eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by five brothers Tony, Louis, Frank, Marion "Mugs" and Philip Peruchetti. Services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. George's Catholic Church with the Rev. Fr. Robert Edwards officiating. Burial will be in Lisbon Cemetery. Friends may call from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Friday at the Ells-Leggett Funeral Home, where a prayer service will be held at 8 p.m. Friday. Memorial tributes may be made to the Hospice of the Valley or the Columbiana County chapter of the American Cancer Society. (Source: Morning Journal 15 February 1996)
