Twelfth Street LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT ******************************* I Martin Lutz of Baldwin Township County of Allegheny and State of Pennsylvania do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking any and all wills or testamentary writings heretofore made by me. First. I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be fully paid and satisfied, as soon as conveniently may be, after my decease. Second. I order and direct, that my executors shall pay to St. Wendelins Church, the sum of Twenty-five dollars ($25.00) for the benefit of my wife and myself. Third. The residue of my estate, real and personal, whatsoever and wheresoever found, shall be divided equally among my Children, George, Emanuel, Mary, Valentine, Joseph, Catherine, Loretta, Caroline and Clara. Lastly--I hereby make, constitute and appoint my sons, Joseph and Valentine to be Executors of this my last Will and Testament In Witness Whereof, I, Martin Lutz the Testator above named, have hereunto set my hand, the Twenty-third day of February in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and Twenty-nine. Signed, published and declared by the above named Martin Lutz as and for his Last Will and Testament in the presence of us, who have hereunto subscribed our names at his request as witnesses thereto, in the presence of the said Testator and of each other. Lutz, Deceased, registered in the Register of Wills Office of Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, in Will Book Volume 213, page 546, and hereby authorize Joseph N. Mackrell, Register, to receipt for said legacy in the name of Saint Wendelin's Church or to file this receipt in the Register's Office of Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.
