a. Note:   November 8, 1998 - According to Lura Mardis Hall David and Sarah Pollard Hall lived in the Boaz, Alabama area. They also supposedly had a son Alf who murdered a man. According to Lura, David and his wife Sarah are buried in the Fairview Methodist Church Cemetery, but there are no headstones. She further stated that Leonard would go to a spot in the cemetery near the church wall and say that that was where his grandparents were buried. Will met with the caretaker of the cemetery records and there is no record of their burial.
