Note:   Augusta Maine V.R. to 1892---Deaths Vol. II Pg J--gy 5 lists a John Arnold who died Dec. 13, 1843 age 72 As his daughter Marinda, who married David Oakes, lists her residence as Augusta, Maine, I am assuming that this man was her father. (VDL) Through family history I do know that a John Arnold and a Hannah Crapo are the parents of Marinda Arnold.(VDL)
