a. Note:   Margaret Cogswell was bapt. 23 October 1726 (Ipswich VR citing Chebacco Parish Records. Margaret was daughter of Gifford and Sarah (Parsons) Cogswell. Gifford was born 4 Aug 1679 and died March 1751/52. Sarah, dau. of Jeffrey [and Abigail (Younglove)] Parsons was born 20 Feb. 1694/95. They married 27 Dec 1722 Gloucester.
