NANCY REEDER DIED THIS MORNING Aged Livingston County Resident Passed Away at Son's Home Near Farmersville Mrs. Nancy A. Reeder, aged Livingston County Resident, died at 7 o'clock this morning at the home of her son, Gillis Reeder, 3 miles northwest of Farmersville on the old Conniff farm. Mrs. Reeder was taken suddenly ill last Friday, and she is believed to have suffered a stroke of paralysis. She had been in a state of coma since that time and never regained consciousness before she passed away. Funeral arrangements have not as yet been made awaiting word from relatives at a distance, but services will be held at the Liberty Chapel, near Farmersville. Mrs. Reeder was born September 10, 1840 at Houstonville, Kentucky, being 89 years old at the time of her death. She was married to John J. Reeder, August 4, 1862 and to this union were born five sons and two daughters. Her husband, one son and two daughters preceded her in death. The deceased is survived by 4 sons, Gillis Reeder of near Farmersville; Davis Reeder, Denver, Colorado; James Reeder, Dewey, South Dakota; the Rev. W. F. Reeder, Lincoln, Nebraska. She also leaves one brother, J. W. Webster, Larned, Kansas; one half brother, whose address is unknown, several grandchildren, two great great grandchildren and many friends throughout the county. Listed among burials in Edgewood Cemetery...no tombstone found. Listed as buried in the Edgewood Cemetery on her death certificate.
