She will be buried in Slater, Mo. Mrs. Teter died Sunday after having suffered a broken hip in a fall early in March. Born in Independence, Mo., she moved to Denver twenty years ago. Since 1939 she had been president of the Sunshine Sunday school class at the Grant Avenue Methodist church. Surviving are two daughters. Mrs. Kenngott of Chicago, and Mrs. Luther E. Fowler of Denver: two granddaughters, Mrs. R. D. Flinn of Torrington, Wyo., and Mrs. M. E. Burgess of Denver; a sister, Mrs. I. J. VIRGINIA LEE TETER Funeral services for Mrs. Virginia Lee Teter, longtime Colorado resident, will be held at 11:30 a.m. today in the Hofmann Mortuary. Burial will be at Slater, Mo. Mrs. Teter died Sunday in Mercy Hospital after suffering a broken hip in a fall early last month. She was an active member of the Grant Ave. Methodist Church. She was born June 27, 1866, at Independence, Mo. Her husband preceded her in death on June 25, 1928. Since that time Mrs. Teter has made her home with a daughter, Mrs. L. E. Fowler, 28 Grant st. Surviving in addition to Mrs. Fowler are: another daughter, Mrs. William Kenngott, Chicago; a sister, Mrs. I. J. Hedrick, Kansas City, Mo.; two granddaughters, Mrs. R. D. Flinn, Torrington, Wyo., and Mrs. M. E. Burgess, Denver; a niece, Miss Harriett Hedrick, Kansas City; and four great-grandchildren.
